Contract Templates
To Whom It May Concern,
My doubt is what legal forms (contracts) templates do I need or can I use in order to provide a service to apartment complexes and also to hire an Independent Contractor.

Typicially you want to ensure that anyone working on your property is licensed, insured and bonded. This way, if they hurt themselves on your property, they have an avenue of insurance to go for, and this will reduce your liability. I doubt theres a form to handle everything, I'd recommend you hgave something custom drafted for you.
