Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Corporate

I have a business partner he and I recently hired a CEO without a contract - he is now trying to wrestle the company away from me with threats and my business partner is in the middle. This man has sued other companies and threatened to bring down my firm if he even smelled litigation

Re: Corporate

sounds like you picked the wrong guy. The bad thing is that with his experience, he probably knows how to manipulate you and the system to your great disadvantage. I would advise you to get a lawyer and be prepared to pay the price to keep your company. Must be a good deal or he would not want to steal it. Good Luck.
