Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Corporation Info

Question to those that know...I live in Los Angeles, permanent resident from the UK, i am starting a security business (Executive Protection), i am looking at building a home in Houston, TX, and was wondering where is best to incorporate, CA or TX ? And the best and cheapest way to do it, aswell as the type of corp ?

If you're going to live and do business in Texas, then you should probably incorporate here. I'd recommend your getting a local attorney to set up the entity for you, as they can walk you through the process, see which one is best for you, and make sure you have it set up properly.
