creating a website
Our business gave the job of making a website with the paypal system to a website designer. We have already paid him 955of the money but he has not completed the website yet even after 5 months

Based on what you have written here and assuming that you have a written contract, it appears that you may need to send a demand letter to the website desinger with a request for reassurances for completion of the contract.
