E-BAY returns and refunds

I sold a coin on e-bay from my coin collection and the buyer wanted to return the coin sixty days after purchase,I am not a coin dealer just a collector and I needed the money for my bills .I told him to much time has passed and he still returned coin to me .I mailed coin back to him and he refused package from post office,and they returned back to me.The buyer continues to demand a refund of his money and I will not refund.I live in Maryland and he lives in Texas and he says he will take action against me.E-bay and the credit card company only have a thirty day return policy.What should I do with the coin if he will not accept from the post office and demands his money back?

A deal is a deal. The buyer has no legal basis for demanding the return of his money so long after he bought the coin, unless the coin you sold wasn't the coin you advertised. Let him know that you are holding it for him, and any time he wants it back to let you know.
