Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I would like to go to elderly and homebound people and give manis and pedis. I would charge aproximately 2/3 of the going rate in my area. Would I have to have a state license to do this in the State of Texas?

Yes, you would have to be licensed like any other business in this field.
