Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I gave a guy $105 to do 3 years worth of amendments.. He has my $105 and 3 tax returns with all personal information on it, and its been 3 weeks today and he won't answer calls or messages... Is there anything I can do to get my stuff back??

Send him a certified letter, return receipt requested, demanding a return of your property and your money within X days.
