Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am on H1b and wanted to start a software firm in US. Can you please suggest me if I can register a incorporation as my brother( in India) as a owner and how can I deal with the inc.

Anybody can start a business in the United States whether you are a citizen or not. It helps to be here legally although I'm pretty sure nobody checks. Your brother can be an owner or the owner. The tax consequences depend on your contacts with the united states.
