How much time this case will require is not clear from your question. If you don't plan on hiring an attorney, just start saving money for the plaintiff and their attorney when you lose.

My answer is not quit as smartaxx as the others. If you want to take on this project, you will have to invest a lot of time studying. Some of the details are on the internet. The difficulty is sorting out and prioritizing what you need, when you need it. Some people have a knack for doing this. Others would rather hire an attorney. The choice is yours. Good Luck.
