minority holder in texas

i am a minority holder (20%) in an llc and we have no bylaws. my business partners have threatned to stop paying me, band me from the building that i am part owner of and have payed thier taxes out of our business but are refussing to pay mine. can they stop paying me, band me from the office and refuse to pay my taxes?

You got into this mess because you didn't use an attorney, I'm afraid you will need to get one now to advise you on how to deal with this mess. Always use a good attorney whenever you are dealing with important assets.
