Ex partner stole business name and website
I owned an outfitting business in Texas. The business was a sole-proprietership. I had to stop due to personal reasons. While I was away my ''partner'' decided to change the name of the company. He changed the word ''Outfitters'' in the name of the company to ''Guide Service''. He also took the website and web address and made it his own. He used the exact website that I created and completely erased any mention of me. I have a copy of my old website as it was before he changed it. He uses the same pictures that I had on the old site and the same information. He also states that his company's former name was my company. Is there any legal action that I can take to get him to stop using my name and website. Also, can I bring a lawsuit against him for using the Business name and website that I owned.

Possibly. But you'll need to hire a business lawyer that also handles litigation.
