we are a photography company, we do employee appreciation programs with several companys. We were setup at a vendor for a large corporation with payroll deduction, so that employees could purchase additional photographs, we completed 3 jobs, 1 which we have been paid for, 2 outstanding, they are now saying that we are not a vendor and they are not going to pay us for the 2 outstanding jobs. We have produced the products. They have since put out e-mails to all 200 facilities nation wide stateing that we have never had a relationship with sun and we were misleading there staff by stating we were a vendor (we have a copy of e-mail). We have a vendor number, and an e-mail from there rep. stating we were approved as a corp. vendor. we filled out paperwork and they did a background check to get this approval. What can we do to recieve payment and clear our name.

Bad, bad corporation. Go stand in the corner. Or, you could sue them for the money, restoration and defamation. If you need assistance with this matter, contact me by email.

If you would like a consultation on this by a local law firm, please contact us. You have a breach of contract claim against the other business and we could help you with that. www.NemecLaw.com
