Repossession of vehicle
I sold a car and the person put down $1000 on this$9000 car...he hasn't made a payment in 3 weeks on the car, making excuses, he has a bill of sale but the title is still in my possession, it was signed over to my dealership, i'm a small dealer working out of my home, how do go about repossessing my car?

Based on what you have stated, it appears that you have the right to hire a repo man to go and collect the property. As you state that you are a small dealer, have you properly established your dealership?
