I sold a car and the person put down $1000 on this$9000 car...he hasn't made a payment in 3 weeks on the car, making excuses, he has a bill of sale but the title is still in my possession, it was signed over to my dealership, i'm a small dealer working out of my home, how do go about repossessing my car?

Re: Repossession of vehicle

Based on what you have stated, it appears that you have the right to hire a repo man to go and collect the property. As you state that you are a small dealer, have you properly established your dealership? If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer (jennifer@dmillerlaw.com).
