Can I rescind an automobile contract and financing that i signed today?

Call the sales person right now - let them know and see about returnig the car tonight. Also, read your contract, you may have 3 says to cancel. However, you will end up paying a rate for use of the car. Some contracts will provide for $X.00/per day.

Probably not, unless your sales contract has given you that right or the sale was procured by outright fraud that induced you to sign it.
Read your contract very carefully.
