Hi, I have a small nonprofit business I start, we are trying to be completely different from the competition. They are suing us for unfair competition. We don't have the money to go to court. How can we get an attorney to keep from loosing my business

I am sorry you have these problems. Perhaps there is someone in your organization who has a relative who can help. Try called the bar association in your county and ask for referrals to a an attorney who can help.

Good luck.

Have you actually been served a summons or are they just threatening to sue you? Usually, such litigatoin does not come out of no where.

If you have been served a summons you have a limited amount of time to answer so you need to find a lawyer in the jurisidiction where the case was brought. If, however, you have not been served but only threatened and want to discuss the matter, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.

You can review our outstanding client reviews here: https://www.avvo.com/attorneys/10007-ny-frank-natoli-1791330.html#reviews

And our firm is now referred by the American Bar Association (see under the New York section):
