Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Starting a catering/food truck business. Is it safer to go with a company who will set up our LLC and be our registered agent than doing it ourselves? Since it is a start up we are trying to keep start up costs to a minimum.

For your purposes, I would recommend an LLC. It's simpler and still gives you protection from liability.
