Working interest contract
My brother-in-law is going to work with the owner of anohter company. The owner of the company would like to give my brother-in-law a working interest in the company. Not an owner percentage. I need a copy of a working interest contract for my brother-in-law. He will get a % of the net profit either quarterly or yearly but not a % of the business.

So what are you waiting for? You need to hire a lawyer (me or someone else) to draft that agreement for you.
