Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

i was wrongfully fired monday under suspicion of theft. texas doesnt allow for a wrongful fire. i was also threatened with legal charges against me, verbally threatened regarding physical assault and threatened to have my paycheck withheld.

my paycheck, has indeed, been withheld. texas workforce commission says they cant do anything. texas dept of labor has sent me a paper to fill out to get my paycheck returned to me but says i have to wait. police have been notified regarding the threat.

this man has done this before, withheld paychecks and has terrorized employees. i need to find information on how to let someone know about this. he has to be stopped. he has plenty of money and he's using it to get away with abuse. can you help?

Sue the bastard. The filing fee will be about $100. Do it in Justice Court. They'll help you with it.
