Photo lineup
A store employee I.D's a person they believe to police as one who passed forged check .The police question the person and show and photo copy the persons drivers lic. and give copies to store employee. 1 week later the employee is asked to I.D. suspect in Photo lineup and suspect is arrested. Is this police proceedure legal?
