If I have a tape of the da telling me some elegal info.What do I do if I want to get help but I could DIE with my luck

This makes no sense, but at the very least you should do your homework before telling anyone what you've got and how it would be used. Texas is a big state with lots of wide open unpopulated country. You may have something, you may not, but don't be reckless. Sometimes, even if you have information, it's best not to go spreading it around, especially online.
