Age Verification on a Web site

I have a small internet forum with about 300 members, there are some explicit pictures on the site, so we moderate the forum to make sure it remains 18+. In Texas what is legally required of a Webmaster when it comes to age verification. Is a disclaimer and vigorous moderation enough; or are stronger measures required?
