Company Emails

I am a self-employed realtor working for a brokerage that provides a network. The active broker reads all of the agent emails. Do they have a right to do this when there is no policy in place especially since you are self-employed and pay your own way?

Re: Company Emails

The solution is simple - get your own website and email address. Have your emails sent directly to your Blackberry or Palm phone. The emails will not go through the netwrk and they will not be able to read them.

This is the practical solution.
