Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

I'm confused about the term "commercial use" when it comes to data on the internet. Specifically data from HTML on websites. I am interested in creating a program that performs data-mining on various financial websites to determine the sentiment on a particular stock. Many of the sites Terms of Use say the information on their site is not for commercial use. If I buy or sell stock (possibly making a profit) based on whether or not the program determines the content is positive or negative for the stock is that considered commercial use?
