Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas
I know that your employer has the right to access your company email if they suspect you have misused your company email account. However, don't they have to notify you of that access if they do not suspect criminal activity?

Your work computer belongs to your employer and they can monitor any way they choose. You are under constructive notice that anything on it is also known by your employer.
