Unlawful use of images

First off I would like to thank you for reading this and helping.About 2 years or so ago I have images of me taken in the nude,they were not given out,only used by my ex boyfriend.Now searhing the web I find an old friend I had talked to over the years(who is a hacker) has a whole folder on his website of MY pictures.I did not give him permission nor is he allowed to have them.He also has pictures of me when I was a MINOR (17) .Is there anything I can do to resolve this?I have taken screen shots of the images in the folder and saved them.I think he hacked my computer and stole the images from me(I am not all that smart with computers).Please help me

You should speak with an attorney about this. If his website a pay website? Is he in Texas?

You may have a misappropriation of your image, assuming that the images are being used for profit. There may also be a privacy issue as well, depending on the permission given at the time (if any). However, these issues are fact specific, and I don't have enough information to go on.
