Apartment Complex Celing

Is there anything I can do I have been at my apartment complex for about 2wks and yesterday when I got home there was sheet-rock and insulation all over my living room I was not in the apartment when this happened but I have pictures the tenant just told us we could get another ste or I could stay at my ste and they could work around my husband and I PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

The landlord has an obligation to keep the apartment in a habitable condition. Although falling ceiling pieces may not make the apartment legally inhabitable, it may lead to further problems that would be. Further, the lease will govern what responsibilities the landlord has as far as repairing damages to the apartment, such as what you have described. Landlord likely has an obligation to repair.
