Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas

With the executive branch not complying with the FL judge ruling on health care law, What can I do as a citizen to "protest" their actions. With them not following the constitution, is there any thing I can do to make them follow it other than vote, write them, call them. I want a legal and productive way to show my concerns to them. There has to be something I can do to get there attention. What about something along the line of not being represented by my government. I do vote and I do call and write but it seems that everything I do is not being addressed by anybody in Washington. How can I honestly say I am being represented by the people in Washington, or better yet how can they say that I am being represented by the people in Washington.

Health care law federal court rulings are all over the map. It is impossible for the fed gov't to follow inconsistent rulings and I imagine most are under appeal. You are aking for the impossible. That is, if you are talking about the federal executive branch. If you are talking about the state, that is different and they should be bound by a federal court ruling in their state, unless there is s stay pending appeal.
