Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas

A human services worker claimed to have spoken to my son and my son says to her that I’m “not his mother just a close friend of the family.” This is a total lie. My son never spoke to anyone and would never say such a thing. They are making me prove that he is my son and he lives with me.
Ive given over his birth cert listing me as mother on it and court documents listing me as custodial parent and then other more recent court docs stating full custody.
Is this not sufficient
Seems unethical at least
