Is it possible to be tried under two different names, that don't identify you in United States Federal Courts?.

Identity must normally be raised at the time of arraignment.

You should discuss this issue with your lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer you need to retain a lawyer or ask the court to appoint a lawyer to represent you.
