Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas

i had a robbery case in 1988 i was sentenced to 25 years in prison imade parole in 1999.was placed on regular parole with substance abuse counsling.i voilated that porole in 2005 with a new convicton burglary of a habitation/with intent to comment theft.i received a 13-year prison sentence.kept my old number. i was released in 2009 and was placed on s.i.s.p. program do to a request made by rosenburg porle field office. thay are known for adding things in your file thats not supposed to be there.they want tell me what information that was giving for austin to approve it.how can i find this information out.its been 2 years + since on it.

I would hire counsel if you can. Subpoena their files. Also on your own file a document request under the Texas Public Information Act and see what you get.
