Powder Post Beetles
Manufactured Home If a manufacturer infested your home with beetles can you force them to buy it back there is no way to get rid of the beetles. They infested our home twice. New home first time within six months of purchase the second time within one year and three months. Second time was worse lots of beetles.

If you can prove this, then you probably would win in court. But we'd need to read your contracts and find out more to be certain.
