Legal Question in Construction Law in Texas

we are taking some people to small claims court. We do not have all contracts signed but we can show we did the work by way a receipts, time cards and tracking. Are there any precedents I can use to help our cases?

Yes, if you cannot show that there is an existing contract (and you may be able to), you may be able to establish that you deserve recovery under an "equitable theory".

I have coached persons in preparing for small claims cases in the past. I charge an hourly fee to speak with you in coaching you to prepare.

I am a Trial Lawyer.

Good Luck!
