Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

I took my 2002 Truck to a local garage for repairs, I also took the print out from Auto parts dianostics computer. The next afternoon they called to tell me that my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and I found that even though they replaced some parts it was suffering with the same problem that I took it in for. Took it back to them next morning told them to fix it or give me my money back. They replaced the same part that they had already replaced and said it probably went bad already. I picked up vehicle again and again it still was not fixed. Still had the exact same problems. What can I do about paying for parts that were not used to fix the problem? Also found a cooling system leak that had never been before. One mechanic said that he tried to make it leak by putting it under pressure. When I told them that there was no leak when I brought it to them, then the other mechanic said it was leaking when I brought it in and they were not gonna fix it unless I pay them. Are there any legal remedies for me?

Get another mechanic to look at your truck, and confirm your statements. Then sue the shop in JP Court, and take your mechanic to testify.
