Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

I am 18 years old and I was at a club and the staff thought I was about to get in a fight and I told them I wasn't and they let me go back in. Well then this guy that was dressed like he was there to party came up to me speaking in Spanish assumed I spoke Spanish and pulled my arm as hard as he could and I jerk back and the 5 staff members ruffed me up and put me in hand cuffs. Come to find out that the guy that grabbed my arm was the owner of the club. How was I suppose to know he was the owner of the club? He never said who he was and didn't have anything that identified himself. I have bruises and cuts from where they ruffed me up. Could I sue for this?

Yes; your cause of action is called "battery."

Sue the owner and every person who "roughed you up."
