Automotive Title "Washing" scam
I Financed a 2001 Mustang in 4/26/2006 from a small car lot in San Antonio TX that is still in buisiness today.. But is financed through a company .I have had alot of trouble with this car so in Dec,08 I tried to trade it in and couldnt cause Big Dealership said when they ran car fax it showed it had title washing .A few months later i get letter from DOT that title is be cancelled and salvage title branding is being put back on title cause it was not disclosed when I/Dealer applied for title .Now im still paying on car that at end will have salvage title when I was told car had clear title and had not been in accidents.Financed for 13,000 still owe 3,500 more than value of car with salvage title is worth.
I need help finding a lawyer who can tell me if I can do anything to get money back .

It is violation of many laws but the "small car Lot" means no insurance, no money..but contact a lawyer in your area...good luck
