Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

I bought an extended service warranty when I bought my truck. I signed a contract with CARS warranty company. I found out MUCH later that the dealership put me with some other warranty company and they don't cover anything. I have now spent almost $18,000 on the motor in my truck and the warranty company now tells me that my contract only goes up to $2500.00. I paid over $2100.00 for the coverage. Who can I sue? SOMEONE owes me money but I'm not sure why type of attorney I need to talk to. Please let me know. thanks :)

Sounds like you need to speak with an attorney. It really depends on the facts. Is this a new truck or used? When was it purchased? Why two different extended warranty companies? Why did the engine have to be replaced? All the sales documents would have to be reviewed. You can call me to disuss it at (713) 681-1300.
