Car repo -Tx / Garnish wages
I had a car repoed in Texas and the collectors are saying they can garnish my wages without my approval.Is this true ?

not until they get a judgment in Court..get their names and addresses to mail them payment...or to use to sue them for unfair collection practices..and get them to confirm they will garnish wages on tape..good luck
