Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Credit Card Chargebacks - Fitness Club Disputes

I have someone threatening to send an old debt to a collection agency - a debt for $1500 that I actually won a credit card dispute for over 6 months ago. It's for training sessions at a fitness club. The contract they are claiming is legitimate has the name a gross misspelling of my name on it, and I didn't even sign it - my fiance supposedly signed it. So, I feel it's not even a legal contract. Not to mention - I WON THE CREDIT CARD DISPUTE FOR IT in December 2006. Should I get a lawyer and sue them for harassment? They've been threatening me for over a year. Actually, they said they already submitted it to a collection agency and that they would take me off the list if I paid them by Friday. If I don't pay them or settle with the collections agency, they said they are going to sue me! I feel that I this is illegal practices on their part and that it should never have been submitted to a collection agency since I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING with them, not to mention I won the credit card dispute! Am I right? Wrong? Help!
