Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

How do I file a motion to dismiss for a credit collection suit based on SOL. I called the county clerks office to see if there was a form that I needed to get from them, and I was told that they could not tell me what to do, and that I had to do my own research. I simply wanted to know if there is a legal document that I need to fill out. I did not want her to help me make a decision.

COURTS ARE PROHIBBITTED FROM ADVISING ON LEGAL MATTERS..EVEN FORMS...BUT SIMPLY PUT YOUR DEFENSE OF SOL IN WRITING AND MAIL/FAX TO THE COURT...IF U DO NOT, A JUDGMENT WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU...OF COURSE YOUR LETTER MUST INCLUDE THE CASE #, NAME OF PLAINTIFF CREDITOR ETC...BUT DENY THE CLAIM AND STATE THE LIMITATIONS HAS RUN..
