Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

I recently went for a medical consultation regarding a medical/cosmetic issue. regarding facial discoloration. I was told that laser surgery was the best option during the consultation. This was my first consultation and after the consultation the office, immediately began to (almost) pressure me into having a laser surgery. At the time I was persuaded to sign a payment agreement to have the laser treatment. A couple hours later, I was informed that this procedure would not be conducive to my condition and that there was a better option by several other professionals. I called the office back within two-three hours after visit and advised them that I was reconsidering my option and would like to try another procedure due to the fact that this one would cause possible scarring of skin. The office advised that laser was the only option available and that I could not change my mind. I did not receive any treatments, products, etc. from this office and changed my mind within hours of my decision. I understand that I did sign a contract but now realize that my decision was not an informed one. I would like to know if there are any options available and what would be the best way to reverse this decision if possible,I am not sure if there are any legal grounds to protect a consumer during this type of situation, because this procedure would hurt my condition more than help it. Please help.
