Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Settlement Breach

Home Depot did a bath room remodel

job in my home that had a lot of issues. Home Depot and I signed a

Settlement and Release Agreement.

Paragraph 3 and 5 States:

3. Home Depot FULLY RELEASE and DISCHARGE customer from any and all claims, causes of action, and

liability of every kind which Home Depot had or may have arising from or concerning The Transaction.

5 This Settlement and Release Agreement constitutes the ENTIRE AGREEMENT between Home Depot and Customer and SUPERSEDES ALL PRIOR NEGOTIATIONS and discussions which are MERGED herein. They still want me to pay

$4995 that was on the orginal contract. Home depot agreed to send me a $200 gift card that I never got. The settlement did not state I was was to pay anything.

They said the Home Depot credit is issued by Citi Bank and the settlement did not state that home depot would pay Citi bank. they charged my card a month after the settlement. The Home Depot Resolution Specialist said their was nothing they can do and Home Depot apoloigies for any inconveniences. What can I do about this issue?
