Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
son purchased car no money down. hes had car for about 3 weeks. he changed jobs not making as much as before. was told by car dealer that bank recalled loan and have to take car back. can they do that. first payment hasnt even come due yet.

Yes unless he had gone to his bank for a loan..but the loan was made on info he gave the dealer which apparently did not satisfy their bank's requirements...
