Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

theft of services

I provided services to an older lady. She needed job done immediately and offered to paid 3 times my fees. I told her that was not necessary and I did the job on time. After the job was done I spoke with her and she was very satisfied with the job. I went to drop my invoice and she said that her husband was not home and he is the one who make the check. The next day I received a phone message from the mrs that her husband did not feel that I bought all the material that I listed on the invoice and if I wanted payment I need to make an adjustment in my invoice.

I felt unfairly treated because I already had discounted 183 from the invoice.

I am not sure what resources I have to make this lady pay me because the total invoice is 511.54

If she and her husband don't want to pay, your only recourse is small claims court.
