Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

un authorized payment taken from checking

I asked the bank collections department to contact me on May 1st.. Instead of calling me back on the 1st, They called me back and told me that they had already taken the first payment on the program from my checking account.

They stole from my checking without authorization . What are my rights besides asking the bank to retrieve my funds from their credit card division. Both credit card and credit card are with BAnk of America.. Help!

You need to first read both your credit card agreement, and your bank account agreement. You may have authorized this transfer of funds, without realizing it.
