I have a bounce check in Texas, (still live in TX), but the collectors keep calling me at my job. Threaten me to come get me for writting a NCF check, or they tell me that they are going to garnish my wages..ETC. My question is what can I do about them harrassing me at work? I keep telling them, STOP calling me at work.

Get the address of their company and then write them a letter demanding that they stop contacting you by calling you on the phone at work, at home, etc. Be specific. If they then continue to call you, you may sue them for 3 times the amount that you owe. Just telling them to stop calling you won't do the trick. You have to WRITE to them.
