Car payments

If my parents sell my car thats under their name, but ive been making the payments... is there any way that i can make them give me back the money that i paid on the car after they sell with the proof that it was my money ex..(check stub, bank statement, ect..)?

You would have claim in equity or quasi-contract for payments made on the car.
