Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

would chapter 13 be an option to erase my credit card debt I owe 92K in credit card to 4 diferent companies, I'am in real estates sales and I only made 16K in sales this year. please advise

Chapter 13 is meant for those who can work out a payment agreement of some sort with the court overlooking and approving the agreement - as well as enforcing it. Under 13, your debts are not forgiven. You're probably more in line with Chapter 11 - where some debts of certain types are "forgiven."
