Collection Call to a Person I know
My ex- boyfriends mother called me today and said that a law firm called her asking her to please get in contact with them. I contacted the law office and asked why would they call her since I have never listed her on any credit document and he said that if you ever call anyone by phone we can call them to. Is this legal? I do not like this woman enough for her to know my business.

The fact that you may call someone doesn't mean that anyone can call them. So long as they didn't discuss your situation with her, they haven't done anything improper.
