can you be sent to a credit agency for slow payment (not no payment just minimal partial) on medical bills?

A credit reporting agency simply tells the truth about you, that is, whether or not you paid your debts on time. They report late payments, "over 30," "over 60," etc. If they lie about you, it's slander.
