How do credit card companies find your accounts
How do credit card companies find my accounts. I owe about 6000 will they freeze until the entire amount is recovered. How are you supposed to pay other bills if they do this.

In Texas, your bank cannot cannot be garnished until after a creditor obtains a judgment.
